iRest® is a guided, trauma-informed meditation that is based in neuroscience, western psychology and traditional yoga nidra. This evidence-based practice has helped many people learn valuable tools to manage the stressful times we are living in, chronic conditions, anxiety and depression.
No meditation experience is necessary. You can participate seated in a chair or lying down. There will be a brief explanation and discussion of iRest® at the beginning, followed by a 35 minute guided meditation
